Once Upon A Pie In The West
The original plot involved Claudia Cardinale as Mrs. McBain. She returns home one day to find her husband and children dead after eating a poisoned pie left by a mysterious assassin. The prime suspect, a desperado turned baker, teams up with a mute pie man who communicates through the use of a harmonica. Together, they track down the real killer, and make it safe to eat pies once again. The final cut replaced the pies with guns, as is the staple of westerns. Did they eat bullets or something?
