Pie Noon
The original plot involved Gary Cooper as a baker in the wild west. On the day he is due to retire, he marries, but discovers Ian MacDonald is coming for revenge at noon, for the humiliation he suffered at Gary's hands during a baking contest many years earlier. The climax of the film was a bake-off. The final cut replaced the pies with guns, made Cooper into a retiring lawman, and staged a gunfight at the end.
