Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Pie
The original plot involved Jim Carrey as an over weight baker who decides that the only way to lose weight is to forget how to bake. However, after forgetting how to make pies, he comes realise just how much he misses them. The final cut replaced his love for pie with a love for Kirsten Dunst, so as to appeal to a wider audience.
